Great speedy work from Aurien cleaning my roof in Newbury of a lot of moss, despite tricky access issues. Looks much better and excited for it to look even better over the next few months as the biocide starts to work. Aurien also kindly pushed back some slipped tiles on the roof. I recently had my roof professionally cleaned to remove a heavy build-up of moss, and I’m really impressed with the results. The team arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and took great care to work safely without causing any damage to the tiles. They cleaned everything by hand rather than using pressure washing, which was reassuring, and treated the roof afterwards to prevent the moss coming back.
The difference is night and day my roof looks years newer, and all the mess was cleared away before they left. They even cleaned out the gutters, which was a bonus I wasn’t expecting.
